I think I speak for everyone here at the PSA Program that the turning point in our relationships with each other started the first day of the F.A.C.E. training and is still creating an environment conducive to improved relationships with the patrons we serve on a daily basis.

Participant feedback for the sessions was very positive! Employee comments included how helpful it was to not only learn about their own personality type but that of those they work with on a daily basis. In all three workshops you've facilitated, your engaging style kept everyone interested and motivated to learn!

I will definitely contact you the next time we are looking for a teambuilding activity and will also pass your name on to others!

F.A.C.E. WITHIN helped us realize the shortcomings that we needed to overcome and directions that we needed to grow, especially to grow as a unified team! Starting out with “The Journey” experience seemed a bit odd. However, you couldn't have ‘hit the nail on the head’ any more accurately with your interpretation. We continually receive positive feedback from others that 'whatever you went through is working!
